About the show: Featuring aerial silks, trapeze, flow arts, acrobatics, and unforgettable characters, this is a family-friendly experience that's truly out of this world! Grand BooBar is having their final circus show, after a new law has come into effect that puts a ban on having fun and spreading joy. During their final performance, a UAP (an Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon a.k.a. UFO) lands right at the doorstep of the circus tent. Are the aliens friendly? Are they here to take over the world? Collaborative Partner Yoga

This shared movement practice is a fun way to explore trust, reciprocity, kindness and safety with other human beings. We will apply each other’s balance, breathing and physical support to transfer solo Yoga asanas (postures) into a cooperative experience rooted in mindfulness and synchronicity. Bring your bestie, your lover, your family, or arrive open to mix-and-mingle with others in the community! You will be guided through a gentle and light-hearted practice, sharing space with each other to bring trust into our friendships and relationships, and create a space for bonding, laughter and joy. No experience or flexibility needed, just an open-mind for mutual support and active communication. This practice is designed for every-body!
